A very quick & easy ...HOT dog recipe!😉🌶️
For 2-4 people
4 x good quality, large sausages of your preference
4 x hot dog buns
1 large white onion, thinly sliced
Mustard, ketchup and Devil’s Pleasure Hot Sauce to serve
- Drizzle Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Sunflower Oil over the hot dog sausages then transfer to a BBQ on a high heat for about 2 minutes on each side, then reduce the heat and allow the BBQ to cook them for about 10-15 minutes. Turn regularly to prevent burning.
- Quickly sauté the onions in a frying pan with a small dash of oil. These should take just a couple of minutes to cook. Transfer to a dish.
- If preferred, you can also slightly toast the hot dog buns, too. Just place them on the BBQ for a few minutes until slightly crispy on the outside.
- You can put the hot dogs together or allow your friends and family to do it themselves! Ingredients we recommend for serving are Adam’s Original Pickled Jalapenos, cooked onions, mustard, ketchup and a drop of Devil’s Pleasure Hot Sauce! Enjoy!
