300g of chicken breast, sliced
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 yellow bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 green bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 white onion, sliced
1 tbsp of Adam’s Original Spice Mix
1 Ring of Fire chilli pepper, finely chopped
1 freshly squeezed lime
Salt and pepper, to taste
Guacamole, sour cream and salsa for serving
Adam’s Original Pickled Jalapenos for serving
Grated cheese, for serving
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the chicken breast. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add the sliced peppers and onion and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the spice mix, ensuring an even coverage of all ingredients, and the chopped chilli pepper, then once the chicken has cooked right the way through, transfer to a dish ready to serve.
3. Whilst the ingredients are cooking, heat the tortillas in the microwave or oven for a few minutes.
4. To serve, spoon the fajita mixture into the tortillas and top with your favourite ingredients, such as Adam’s Original Pickled Jalapenos, a squeeze of lime, grated cheese, guacamole, salsa or soured cream.
