2017
Sales Rocketed!
The jams & jellies were a huge success around the Gloucestershire area. Adam then decided to create (his now loved) oils and vinegars.
Autumn 2016
Creation of Adam's Original & Devil's Pleasure
Adam decided on two brands; Adam's Original where flavour come first and heat come second; along side Devil's Pleasure for the more daring chilli heads.
Summer 2016
First successful crop
After testing and trying different (envirmonemtajy friendly) farming techniques, Adam finally mastered the art of chilli growing!

How it stemmed...
Adam stopped of at a small country pub on the A40 where one mouthful of chilli jam got him thinking - 'Can I make my own?'

Our chilli creations are a product of the environment you can trust.
We are 100% renewable, we have a low carbon footprint and we don't use plastic.
When farming we harvest rain water to supply our dripfeeds, we don't use pesticides or herbicides, we encourage ladybirds on the farm to help control pests and we support the pollination from bees...

Chilli jam is amazing, especially with cheese on toast. Jalapeños and dried chilies are also awesome. I thoroughly recommend trying these guys out. Absolute pleasure to deal with. :)
