Tomato Chilli Pasta

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 As a main

Ingredients

1 tablespoon ADAM’S ORIGINAL CHILLI INFUSED EXTRA VIRGIN ORGANIC OLIVE OIL (250ML)

1 finely chopped onion

3 chopped garlic cloves

3 seeded, chopped ADAM'S ORIGINAL PICKLED JOE'S LONG (220G)

2 x 400g cans diced tomatoes

375g cooked and drained wholegrain pasta

2 tbsp chopped parsley


Method

Heat the chilli oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add in the onion and garlic coarsely chopped, cook for 2-4 minutes or until soft.

Add the chillies and tomatoes, simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the sauce has thickened stirring often.

Add in the cooked pasta and mix well, once heated through remove from heat and serve.

Garnish with the chopped parsley and enjoy!
