5-6 sweet potatoes
Lots of salt and pepper
ADAM’S ORIGINAL SPICE MIX (50G)
1 tsp black mustard seeds
Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan200°C/gas mark 7
Prepare the sweet potatoes by cutting into thin chips, place onto an oven tray and drizzle the chilli oil over the chips. Sprinkle over the salt, pepper, ADAM’S ORIGINAL SPICE MIX (50G) and mustard seeds.
Place into the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the chips are golden and beginning to caramelise.
