Spicy Smokey Meatballs with Adams Original Grape Chilli Jelly

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 as a main


1 tsp Adams Original Chilli Infused Coconut Oil
450 grams of meatballs
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 red oinion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Adam's Original Grape Chilli Jelly
1/2-1 tsp smoked paprika (recommend Barts)
Grated Parmesan and basil to garnish


    Melt the coconut oil in a pan over the hob on a medium heat. Drop the meatballs into the pan and gently brown on all sides.

    Meanwhile, empty the tin of tomatoes into a food processor and add the diced onion, chopped red pepper, chopped garlic, Adams Original Grape Chilli Jelly and smoked paprika. Blend until more or less smooth.

    When the meatballs are nicely browned, pour the sauce mixture into the pan and turn down the heat. Leave the content to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Dish up your delicious meatballs with some spaghetti, garnish with the basil and parmesan and get stuck in!
