Spicy Potato Wedges

Cook Time: 30 minutes



800g of potatoes

1 tbsp Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Organic Olive Oil

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tbsp. Adam’s Original Spice Mix

1 tbsp. mixed herbs

Pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except potatoes. Set the seasoning to the side and start creating the wedge shape by cutting the potatoes in half, then half again.
  2. Coat the wedges in the seasoning mix well. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and spread out well across the tray to ensure even cooking.
  3. Place the baking tray in the oven and cook for 30 minutes until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
