800g of potatoes
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Adam’s Original Spice Mix
1 tbsp. mixed herbs
Pinch of salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200C. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except potatoes. Set the seasoning to the side and start creating the wedge shape by cutting the potatoes in half, then half again.
- Coat the wedges in the seasoning mix well. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and spread out well across the tray to ensure even cooking.
- Place the baking tray in the oven and cook for 30 minutes until golden.
