400g penne pasta
1 dried Ring of Fire chilli pepper
600g of canned chopped tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
- Heat Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil in a large frying pan. Add the Ring of Fire chilli pepper and garlic to the pan, followed by the basil and gently wilt in the oil.
- Remove the garlic, basil and chilli from the pan (but keep them!) and add the chopped tomatoes. Put the garlic, basil and chilli back in with the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the pasta according to pack instructions in salted water, before draining and adding to the tomato sauce. To serve, garnish with the parmesan shavings.
