Mango, Avocado & Chilli Salad Recipe

There are many great things about salads – they are easy, healthy, require minimal cooking and do not have to have perfect measurements. You can have them as a healthy lunch, snack or side dish at a BBQ. They are the perfect springtime/summer dish, so we put together an easy, delicious mango and avocado salad, with a kick of chilli. YUM!


Prep; 10 mins

Ingredients for 4 people;

2 Mangoes, chopped into small bites

2 Avocados, chopped into small bites

2 freshly squeezed limes (remove pips first)

1 Ring of Fire chilli, chopped

Drizzle of Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Organic Olive Oil

1 Red onion, chopped

1 tomato, chopped



  1. Add the chopped mangoes, avocados, red onion, tomato and Ring of Fire chilli to a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the limes over the top of the ingredients, ensuring no pips are transferred to the dish.
  3. Drizzle a tbsp. of Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Organic Olive Oil for an extra little kick.
  4. Serve as a side dish and enjoy!
