Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes
Serves: 10 as a hot drink
2 cups of chopped ripe mango
1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp crushed DRIED GHOST CHILLIES (5g)
For the topping-
1 1/2 tblsp of whole wheat flour
4 tblsp of coarsely ground almonds
1 1/2 tblsp of dark brown sugar
Preheat the oven at 170°C. Fan 170°C. Gas mark 7.
Mix the mangos, chillies and cinnamon together, divide the mixture into 4 ramekins.
Combine and rub together the flour, almonds, brown sugar, and the chilli oil. Sprinkle this over the mangos in each of the ramekins.
Tap on the counter to even out the mixtures.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven, bake for 20-30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the top is nicely browned.
