2x skinless chicken breasts
2x slices cheddar cheese
1 tbsp pieces of Devil’s Pleasure Pickled Scorpion and Ghost Chillies
1 tbsp Devil’s Pleasure hot sauce
2 tbsp runny honey
Salt and Pepper to season
Preheat your oven to Gas Mark 6, 200°C.
Place the chicken breasts on a chopping board and season with salt and pepper. Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each of the chicken breasts.
Insert a slice of cheese and a couple of pieces of Devil’s Pleasure Pickled Scorpion and Ghost Chillies inside the pocket of each chicken breast.
On a baking tray, place two pieces of silver foil large enough to wrap around each chicken breast and place the chicken parcels on top of each piece, loosely wrapping the foil around the chicken leaving it open at the top.
Mix the hot sauce and the honey together and pour over the chicken. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes, by this time the chicken should be cooked through and golden brown on the top.
Serve on a bed of fresh green salad.
