Ingredients
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Gloucestershire Chilli Farm Dried Ghost Chilli
Method
De-seed and finely chop/grind the chilli’s – wear gloves if you can!
In a 250ml jar combine the sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and the finely chopped/ ground chilli, stir until mixed well.
Grab your favourite coffee brew and add on a tablespoon of the mocha mix!
