Chilli Lime Fish Tacos

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2 (5-6 tacos)


chilli lime fish:

3 tablespoons butter, melted

juice of one lime


12 ounces’ Favourite frozen/ fresh fish

Peach salsa:

1 peach, chopped

1/4 cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped

1/4 cup red onion, minced

half a jar ADAM’S ORIGINAL PICKLED JALAPENOS (220G), seeded and minced

lime juice and salt to taste

Taco essentials:

corn tortillas

avocado, lime, or other toppings


Defrost the fish, follow instructions on the back of the packet. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Fan 180°C Gas mark 6.

Whisk together the butter, lime juice and ADAM’S ORIGINAL SPICE MIX. Place the fish into a small oven-safe dish, pour over your mixture, bake for 15 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, add all your salsa ingredients together and your salsa is done!

After 15 minutes remove the fish from the oven, flake into small pieces and place back into the oven with any left-over sauce for a further 5 minutes.

Once the sauce has soaked into your fish remove from the oven and it’s time to build your taco! We’ll leave this part to you! Layer and load that taco up!
