8 fat hot dog sausages
8 bread finger rolls
Sauce of your choice
2 sweet white onions, finely chopped
1 bunch of coriander, finely chopped
Preheat the barbecue for direct grilling.
Turning regularly grill the sausages for 6–8 minutes or until lightly charred and warmed through. Set them aside on the grill and lightly toast the cut side of the rolls.
Now time to assemble, it’s best to let you do this to your preference, but here’s how we do it: spread the insides of each roll with the sauce of your choice then place a sausage on top. Spoon over some of the chilli and finish with some onions and coriander.
