Chilli and Lime Gin & Tonic

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 as a drink


A shot of gin

Half a lime (cut into wedges)

Half a chilli ADAM’S ORIGINAL PICKLED RING OF FIRE (220G) (sliced & deseeded)

Tonic water


Give the chillies a wash under some cold water to remove the oil, dab dry with kitchen towel. De-seed and finely chop the chilli’s – wear gloves if you can!

Add a shot of gin, half a lime & half a chilli, into your glass of choice. Topped up with tonic water and you’re all done.

For extra flavour give the limes a little squeeze as you add them into the glass. If you’re feeling really brave try adding the other half of the chilli!
