Serves: 2-3 as a starter
1x Boxed Camembert
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Adams Original Pear Chilli Jelly
Juice from ½ Lemon
A handful of Toasted Almonds
A few springs of Rosemary
Preheat the oven to 180°C or gas mark 4.
Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place back in its box, on a baking tray. Pierce the Camembert several time and poke rosemary into the cheese.
Combine the honey, Adams Original Pear Chilli Jelly and lemon juice in a saucepan and place on the hob on a low heat. Stir continuously for a few minutes, until the ingredients have combined and the mixture is runny. Remove from the heat and stir in the toasted almonds.
Pour the glaze over the Camembert and place in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the almond crust is golden brown.
Enjoy with fresh bread, a glass of wine and good company!
