500g Olives – choose your favourite variety!
1 Jar of Adam’s Original Pickled Jalapeños
200g Feta Cheese, cubed
Juice from 1 Lemon and a Pinch of Grated Lemon Peel
A Handful of Fresh Parsley or Thyme
A Splash of Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Olive Oil
A Splash of Adam’s Original Chilli Infused Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to season
Preheat your oven to 220 degrees C.
Drain the pickled jalapeños and throw them into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Empty the contents of the bowl into an ovenproof dish and place into the centre of the pre-heated oven. Leave to bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the olives in tapas-sized dishes with chunks of fresh bread – a to-die-for appetizer for all chilli and olive lovers out there!
