Bacon, Brussels and Chilli Broth

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4 as a main

Ingredients

Onion 1, finely chopped

Garlic 1 clove, crushed

Smoked bacon lardons 100g

Parsnips 2, finely diced

Thyme sprigs 2

1 -2 DRIED GHOST CHILLIES (5g)

Chicken stock 1 litre

Brussels sprouts 250g, finely sliced

ADAM’S ORIGINAL CHILLI INFUSED EXTRA VIRGIN ORGANIC OLIVE OIL


Method

In a large pan drizzle a little chilli oil, add the onions, garlic and lardons, cook for 5 minutes.

Add the stock, chillies, parsnips and thyme bring to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Add sprouts and simmer for a further 5 minutes before serving with some more chilli oil.
