2x Gammon Steaks
2 tbsp Adams Original Apple Chill Jelly
1 tbsp Honey
Juice of ½ Lemon
½ Fresh Pineapple, cut into bite size cubes
2 tbsp Adams Original Pickled Jalapeños
½ Red Onion, finely sliced
A Handful of Coriander, roughly chopped
A Splash of Adams Original Chilli Infused Olive Oil
Preheat the grill to 180° C.
Combine the Adams Original Apple Chill Jelly, honey and lemon juice in a saucepan and warm over a low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is runny.
Completely cover the gammon steaks with the runny glaze then place them on a grill pan under the pre-heated grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes on each side, until nicely browned. Check that the steaks are cooked through.
Throw the pineapple, red onion, jalapeños, coriander and splash of Adams Original Chilli Infused Olive Oil into a bowl and mix together.
Serve the pineapple and jalapeño salsa alongside the gammon and prepare yourself for a flavour fiesta!
