Serves: 2 as a hot drink
2 Mugs of Whole Milk
100g Dark Chocolate
1 Gloucestershire Chilli Farm Dried Ghost Chilli
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2-4 tsp Sugar (Unrefined), to taste
Melt the chocolate in a pan over a medium stove with a splash of milk, stir continuously.
When the chocolate is melted and combined with the milk, slowly add the remaining milk and keep stirring to avoid getting any lumps.
Use scissors to finely cut up the dried chilli and add this to the hot chocolately milk along with the cinnamon, vanilla and teaspoon (or two) of sugar.
After a further 5 minutes on the stove, with constant stirring, your hot chocolate is ready. Perfect for ‘chilli’ evenings!
