Chilli & pepper buttered steak

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5-6 minutes
Serves: 2 as part of a main

Ingredients

50g softened butter

1 chopped ADAM’S ORIGINAL PICKLED RING OF FIRE CHILLI

½ tsp wholegrain mustard

1 tsp crushed Peppercorns

2 sirloin steaks

Method

Combine the butter, chilli, mustard and pepper into a bowl and season with a little salt.

Place onto a piece of baking parchment and roll the butter into a cylinder, chill well.

Meanwhile, for a medium result griddle the steaks for 2-3minutes on each side. Adjust timing for thickness, rare and well-done steaks.

Add a desired amount of the butter onto the top of the steak. Serve with seasonal vegetables or a salad.
